C1 Rad. Support Seals

Did 1961 vettes use 3 piece rad. seal sets or 5 piece?? Also CC sells a 3piece set for the bottom and 2 piece for the side labeled high performance??? My question is this, do I need side rad. seals for a 61 270hp and should their be holes in the rad. cradle to clip the side seals in place??

Peter... This is kind of a backward way to answer you question - but if your car originally had the 2 vertical side seals, you would have 3 holes, each side, and they would be drilled, not punched, in the sides of the radiator support.

The '62 AIM calls out the side seals as a running change in 1962.

Thanks Loren, I just can't ever seem to have an NCRS JM by my side when I need it.
