GM Aluminum Intake (casting # 14057053)

I have a friend who has a GM aluminum intake manifold with casting # 14057053. He would like to know its intended application. Is it a manifold that was used on a Corvette? If so, is it from an L-48 or an L-82 (or neither)? I suspect that this casting number is too new to be in my reference books, since I can't find it in any of them. Any help would be much appreciated.

Manifold GM casting #14057053 was used on a variety of applications in the mid to late 80's. This manifold, which I believe was GM PART #14057054 and possibly the base casting for other part numbers, was used on 305 and 350 CID Camaros and full size Chevrolets during the 82-86 period. I don't believe that it was ever originally installed on a Corvette, but p/n 14057054 was catalogued as the service replacement manifold for all 1980 Corvettes, including LG4(305 cid), L48, and L82 versions.

This manifold should be a low rise, spread bore(QuadraJet)flange, with EGR provisions. I'd be interested in the casting date. Often times, on these late manifolds, the date is found on the underside of the manifold. I'd also be interested in any other casting marks which might be seen on it.
