Were the trunk floor closeout panels painted as trim and installed after the trunk space was painted? One of of our members has an apparent "survivor" and the sealant around the edge of the panels is unpainted. I would think this would make things alot easier for the assembly line to install the exhaust pipes through the insulator shields in the wheel wells. I tried to get him to rip the panels up to see if there is paint on the trunk floor under the panels but he declined....imagine that.
