    LT-1 w/ AC missing something?

I came across this ad today that shows an 8k mile LT-1 w/ AC. On one of the pics inside the engine compartment I see what appears to be a coolant recovery tank behind the AC stuff. My car (LT-1 w/ AC) doesn't have this...am I missing something? Or is this an add-on? See link for what I'm talking about...

Someone added the tank to stop the radiator overflow on the ground as I know three LT-1 air cars that don't have one. The tank was on all 1973 Corvettes.

      Tony and Lyle-----

Yes, 1973 was the first year for coolant recovery tanks on Corvettes. They were never originally installed on any 1972 Corvette, LT-1 or otherwise. External supply tanks (the metal kind which are NOT the same as coolant recovery tanks)were used on 1972 Corvettes with base engine and manual transmission without A/C and on all LS-5.

A slight "tip-off" here is the worm clamp seen on the rubber line going to the cap. GM nver used a worm clamp on coolant recovery system hoses.

On 73's it wasn't a worm clamp but it was a side screw clamp. I see lots of things not original in the pictures.
