    1959 judging form

I'm to purchace a 1959 corvette 230hp 4speed. The car has been judged in 1995 and recieved a bloomington gold Silver Certified. On one of the judging forms there is a deduct of 38. The form has Engine Block* with a comment that sayes machine marks incorrect. The number on the motor pad is F056CQ , vin# is J595s107606. Does this mean it"s not a matching number car. Should I be overly concerned about this dedution for value purposes. The car also recieved a Top Flight Award in 1996. Since the restoration in 1994 the car has only been driven 3000 miles. Can anyone give me a range of what a car like this is worth.

    Thanks For Your Help
