Where is the VIN# and engine id # located on a '64 conv't?

The VIN number is located on a stainless steel plate mounted on the crossbar behind and below the glove box. The trim tag plate is also found at that location.

The engine ID number/letter sequence is found on the engine block (if it's original) stamp pad surface which is an extension of the block surface in front of the right (passenger side) cylinder head.
