Anyone know what the application was for a GM aluminum big block intake manifold with the number 3885069 stamped just to the rear of the carb?

Follow-Up Re: 3885069 BB Intake Manifold?
Thank you all for the responses.
I was told that it came off a 67 L-88 along with the 855 Holley, 3419-1. I think it ended with a -1 anyway. It currently sits in my 66 on a 427 (TO6I5ID) - where can I find the application of that block?
Thanks again.

Re: 3885069 BB Intake Manifold?
i checked the NHRA listing and it is as follows, 1965 425 hp/396; 1966 375 hp/396,425 hp/427; 1967 375 hp/396, 425 hp/427; 1968 375 hp/396,425 hp/427,430 hp/427. the 1967/68 425 hp/427 are most likely COPO engines.the specs are supplied to NHRA by GM. these manifolds should be quite common. it does not list a 430 hp/427 for 67 because there was not enought L-88 made to quailify for being legal for drag racing. there are some other manifold numbers listed for some of these engines.- Top

Re: 3885069 BB Intake Manifold?
There were also several versions, even though the casting number stayed the same. The 66/425 vette usage is a 3 port plenum, later units had the 2port oval design like the follow on 3163 manifold, and some were cut down dividers for the L88 usage with the enrichment tabs in the Holley 3418...Craig- Top

Re: 3885069 BB Intake Manifold?
-----NHRA is wrong in regard to the 5069 being correct for a 65 396,as the correct manifold for 396s had no choke facility.I just cant remember the correct number for the 396 manifold right now.396 carb had a choke tube down to the exaust manifold..........Bill S- Top
