Large journal crankshaft - small journal block

I currently have a bare #870 block dated 9/22/62 for my early 63 coupe. The car will never be anything but a very nice driver due to conflicts to numerous to mention. I wish to turn down a large journal 350 crank and install it in this block thereby making a 350. My questions are.... what type of crankshaft should I use? (ie. steel, nodular etc.) Will the counterweights clear? Is there a kit available? Has anyone on this forum done this before? Any help would be appreciated.

FYI. I have built several 327 to 350's but they all had the 1967 and later large journal blocks. No problemo with these.
