Another Cowl Vent ?

Hi all,
I am trying to locate a source for the adjusting bolts used on my 1961 cowl vent adjusting lever. The AIM shows the use of two, but one can be removed if it interfers with the radio tubes on the side. Any help would be appreciated.

Several of the vendors including Paragon carry the bolts. They are carriage head bolts of the same design as those that attach the link to the actuator.

As far as the catalogs go, I have looked through them and just don't seem to find where it references a specific carriage bolt. If you can tell me which page of the Paragon catalog I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I mis-spoke, the hardware is in Corvette Central's catalog and is is part # 481119. This gives you all the hardware for the entire vent assy, but if you just need a couple of bolts, you can probably find them at your local bolt supplier or hardware store.

I just took one of my carriage bolts out of my 62 and easily matched it at an Ace Hardware. Chuck
