    Rivets Source??

    Anyone know a source for the correct rivets used in 1957-62 15 X 5 1/2"
    wheels? Thanks.

      check with the dipstick, he's been known to fabricate. mike

          I have a K-H print for that wheel, but it's dated 1961 and shows the wheel as welded; the print for the 5" wheel (dated 1954) shows rivets, but it only identifies the rivet as "21651", apparently a K-H part number. You might try Michigan Rivet Co. (www.michriv.com) - they've been in business in Detroit for eons, and may be able to identify it.

              I know a source for 168 correct rivets, but they're all attatched to RPO 276 wide wheels... Dennis
