1. same as the ones you'll get at the local tire store. I don't think they're anything special.
2. Good luck. Try junk yards for other old cars of the same era. None are reproduced. FYI, they generally aren't judged as from the factory they were on the inside lip of the wheel. Given the abdominal circumference of most of our membership, no one goes looking for these.
3. Carlisle or Bloomington are your best bet. It took me 4-5 years to find mine. eBay may be a source as well, but it may take just as long as at Carlisle, especially if you're picky about the date, as I was.
