Engine casting# (Driver's side rear top of block)3782870. Haven't removed the road draft tube to check the other side. Differential carrier (facing the rear of the car) R/H side 64-63?

most C-1's did't use 870 blocks. they (870's) were used in 62 to 65 vets and pass cars.if your c-1 is a 62 then the 870 might be appropriate for a 62. what is pad data and casting date and vin of c-1?

The diff carrier is from a late 1963 non-Posi passenger car.
