    57' Generator/Starter Rebuild

I need a generator and starter rebuilt to factory specs., including finish. Would McKnight or Precision Power be names to consider? Suggestions on who is on top of this type of work would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Bob-----

If what you're after is a rebuild and RESTORATION to NCRS/NCCB specs, the way to go is John Pirkle (pirklesr@aol.com) or Don Briggs (dbriggs7@msn.com).

If you're just after a rebuild, alone, just about any competent rebuilder can handle it for you. The above-referenced can do it, too, and I would recommend them. In that case, just make sure that you tell them that all you want is a quality rebuild. It will cost less than a rebuild and restoration.

By the way, generators, alternators, and starters are pretty easy to rebuild yourself if all you want is a rebuild.
