C2 Thermostat Rating

What is the recommended thermostat for a 327/300? My reading on the matter points to 180.

It is 180 degrees for all except A.I.R equipped which used 195 degrees.

If your car is equiped with A.I.R. will it function properly with a 180 degree thermostat?

I can tell you for absolute certain that it will function properly. However, emissions performance may be impaired to a minor degree.
