    Question for John W.

If I respond to a message sent by the private message function, does the message get back to the sender? I have been just hitting the respond key in my Outlook, but when looking at my sent log, none of them show up! I hope that they wre going through, or there are a lot of people that think I am just ignoring them!

    Regards, John McGraw

    John,

The message that you receive has the sender's e-mail address in the From: field of the message. Any replies then would be sent to that address. You may have your settings in Outlook set not to save sent messages. Do you have any messages in your Sent Items folder that begin with "Re:"?

The messages haven't been coming to me, and if they are not going to the recipient they should be bouncing back to you as undeliverable.

        Re: One other possibility...

Depending on your settings - If you have moved all your "corvette" messages into a sub-folder, then any replies you have sent may be landing in that same folder rather than in the generic "sent" folder.

          Duh!

          Thanks guys,
It turns out that I had no problem other than the battery on my CMOS must be going bad. The day of the month and time were correct, but the year was 2001! My messages were there, but not in the correct order. Looks like it went south in the last couple of days.
