re lt exhaust recommendations john woods good luck on finding nos front pipes they have a special swedge that expands from to i understand that some parts houses still sell a reasonable walker replacement the rear can be handled by purchasing from gm a mid year off road exhaust muffler pipe it is welded at the muffler and is squashed the pipe is more square than oval and it does not have the wrinkles in the pipe however it's probably the best high performance muffler you can find and it has the gm part number on it not correct totally but closer than most options i've seen this mounted using a ' hanger that matches up with the exhaust tip bezel and the existing bracket if you use the ' hanger you'll need to weld on another bracket and cut off the one that comes on the muffler mike allen owner of allen's exhaust can provide the brackets make sure to not use stainless steel tips if you are going to have the car judged service replacements are costly but they come within a point or two on the judging field also make sure to black out the mufflers with semi flat black for judging for the front clamp the clamp that was used up through ' will work this is an open style clamp not the one used on ' ' the current reproduction rear clamp is not very close but it's the best that you can do unless you are lucky enough to find originals in a junk box good luck on that one it took me years to find two make sure to turn the bolts inside on the rear like the aim shows make sure to use the correct grip nuts on the front pipe flange don't use brass or those square or elongated flange nuts finally original exhaust pipes were made from carbon steel good luck
