Have a problem with intermittant brake lights on my 68 and wonder if anyone may have a lead on what's going on.
Rear brake lights work only when the car is running, and some of the time I need to cycle the left/right blinker to get them working.
When I pull the lights switch out to the fully "on" position, the 2 dash mounted directional signal lamps light up.
Just cleaned up the chassis grounds for the rear harness (one that also grounds the antenna) and the battery ground cable.
The brake light switch is fine, and power to that switch is good.
Sound like a dash ground problem?
Thanks in advance for any input!
Regards,
Rich
