Worked last year, choke opening all the way and runs fine, just the 4 barrel "the 2 big things" won't open,any hints would be great! Thanks Larry

with the choke wide open can you push the air valve flap open with your fingers with the engine not running? if not look for something locking the air valve. it will not open just gassing the engine setting still. also make sure the secondary lockout for the throttle plate butterflys is allowing the secondary butterflys to open. check it the same way,the choke must be wide open and you should be able to open both the primary and secondary butterflys with the throttle. check to make sure you are getting full opening when you push down on the gas pedal.
