71,454,with AC, Expansion Tank Strap

I need the front Expansion Tank Strap for my 71 ,454 with AC. This does not appear to be a reproduction item. I am sure most of know these tanks were approximatly three inches, in diameter. I have contacted several bone yards with no luck. I have both brackets and the rear strap. The front and rear straps differ in that the rear strap has a notch in it to fit around one of the hose pipes. If anyone out their has any suggestions they would be appreciated

You might try a bone yard in California called America's Finest Corvettes. They have some unusual pieces. I believe they have a web site. They are located in Ramona, CA.

Expansion tank for 69-72, 427/454 w A/C is listed in Chicago Corvette catalog (Cat No. C2013) as being complete with mounting brackets at $345. Many catalog houses will 'break' a kit to supply you with individual pieces if you call and inquire. Why not give 'er a shot, it's only a phone call [708.458.2500]?
