    AC Fuel Pump

I am looking for the "correct" AC pump as stated in the judging guide for my 1966 - 327/350HP. Parragon and Long Island don't state as their pump being NCRS correct. As I remember it the pump comes from only one source? Whom might that be?
    Thanks
    Bill

    Re: AC Fuel Pump

i'm not aware of anyone reproducing a totally correct pump for yopur small block. Paragon( who probably supply long island as well) have what will be closest to original. only other option is to search for a NOS pump( carlisle or try local long time established AC Delco distributors for NOS). good luck, mike

looking for NOS or "refurbished"? NOS, check like Mike has stated - if you are looking for "refurbished", contact Goat Hill Classics - just received mine from Goat Hill for my 1963 and am very satisfied

        In fact....

Paragon's catalog description of their 40083 fuel pump tells you it's NOT factory concours correct! Note the boldface in their text, "...replacement style w/o 'AC' logo..." that's their way of telling the reader the part isn't just like the original. Also, when reading these catalog ads look for extraneous verbage that wouldn't be necessary to state if the part was really 100% factory correct like "with stainless steel swivel ball" on descriptions of mirrors, Etc. That's a soft disclaimer that presumes you know the configuration of the factory original part....

I got a "Restored Original" 40083 fuel pump from LICS and it looks great.
