    C3...New Repro Temp senders....

I recently saw where someone is reproducing to factory specs the temp senders for the 350 engine with the bayonet style terminal. Does anyone know the supplier or who is producing these? Has anyone used the sender and found it to be as accurate as the factory sender?
    Thanks in advance..........

I believe Lectric Limited has sarted producing the water temp sensors that are suppose to be correct. It was in an ad in the last Driveline.

      I'm not sure...

Lectric Limited really IS the manufacturer of this line of parts! They do a nice job on their website talking about the reproduction temp senders. But, if memory serves, LL brand labels (vs. really manufacturers) a number of the products they sell but make it 'look' like they're the source manufacturer.

Off line discussion with another NCRS and Discussion Board member indicated the mating connector for the 'pinhead' style temp sender was not supported by LL at this time. Gotta ask, how can one be in the business of selling 'correct' wiring harness products AND sell 'correct' temp senders without having both ends of the line?

May-June 2003 issue of the Driveline page 20. Here is LL ad, don't know if it is true.
