If you have saved your profile information in a safe place you can always look up your password and profile name and get back in business in just a few minutes. If you haven't saved your profile information you may want to check it while it is working and save it for future reference.
You can click the "Cookie Test" link below. You can right click on the page that opens up and select Print from the options. Put this away for safe keeping. If you enter your profile name, and password correctly they will always work. If it doesn't work check very carefully that it is correct. Check that you have the proper upper and lower case letters.
Unfortunately our cookies get corrupted or erased from time to time and we can't depend on them to always enter our profile name and password correctly for us. They do work 99% of the time so they are well worth having.
