C2 Front Wheel Grease Seals

I can't seem to find the page in my 1965 Assembly Manual that lists part numbers for front wheel bearings and grease seals. There are Hyatt part numbers on the old bearings but no number on the grease seals. It would also be handy if someone has a cross reference from the Hyatt bearings and races to Timken. Also a cross reference on the front grease seals.

The bearing and seal numbers aren't in the Assembly Manual, as the hub/spindle unit was received at St. Louis as an assembly, including the rotor and caliper. Any auto parts store will have the grease seals (nothing special about them), and a bearing house can cross the bearing numbers from Hyatt to Timken.

The front grease seals are GM #3876192. For Chicago Rawhide (CR), they're #18543. Any parts store can cross-reference other brands from these numbers.

The front outer bearings are GM #7450627, but they're discontinued. The nomenclature used by most bearing manufacturers for these bearings will be "Set 2", which includes both bearing and outer race. For the bearing and race, seperately, the numbers are LM-11949 and LM-11910.

The front inner bearings are GM #457196 and are still available. The nomenclature used by most bearing manufacturers will be "Set 6". Seperately, the bearings and races are LM-67048 and LM-67010.
