65 Power steering and alternator question.

65 with power steering and no AC and a small block, is the alternator on the drivers side? Which crank pulley groove should it use?

    Brian----

1965 without A/C has alternator on the right(passenger) side. My recollection is that the power steering belt routes to the front groove of the 2 groove crank pulley. I'll check later to confirm this, though.
