Is there a difference between LH and RH exhaust manifold on a 1969 small block? If yes, which one. Where can I buy those manifolds and what will be the correct part-no.

RH and LH are part# 3932461. Both are "Ram's Head" design and straight 2" outlet. Both have two A.I.R. bosses added to the middle of the manifold, and are tapped for A.I.R. fittings. The one obvious difference is these manifolds are cast with "RH" and "LH" just below the part#. The only other possible difference I can see is that the RH utilizes long studs...I am not certain about the LH.

Actually, 1968 through 1971 Corvette small blocks did use different manifolds for each side. The right side manifold was the GM CASTING # 3932461. This is a plain "rams horn" style manifold with AIR fittings.
The left side manifold was GM #3872765. This manifold has a cast-on "boss" on the front which is used for alternator bracket mounting. This manifold was originally used for 1966-67 Corvettes with AIR and continued to be used for 68-71.
Both of tha above-reference manifolds are GM-discontinued. I think that reproductions may be available for the 3932461. I don't think that the 3872765 is yet reproduced.
For a functional, but incorrect set-up, you can use the 72+ style installation. This set-up uses the same manifold on each side and a bracket attached to the left front cylinder head for the alternator mounting. Functionally, it's better since alternator heating is reduced. For this, you can use manifolds GM #372243 for both sides. These manifolds are the functional equivalent of the 3932461, but are configured a little differently. They are "rams horn" style, though. The bracket you need is GM #14015539. Both pieces are still available from GM, but they're not inexpensive. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
