I have a dist. - coil shielding for a Corvette and trying to find out the year.
It has two small slots that say CARB - FI On the other side there is some sort of spring clip. The inner plastic shield is held by THREE metal rivits. I also have one that has TWO plastic rivits. Can someone out there help me out.
Actually, 64-67 used two rivits, but there are differences between 64-5 and 66-7 on the depth of te curve at the front of the shield to accomodate the difference between the air filters used in '66-7 as compared to the '64-5 style.
