Judging Points

I'm new to the flight judging process. I've read the Judging Guide and The Judging Reference Manual and still can't find point values for individual lines items for my '72. For example, the JG states "Assign 50% of points to the Master Cylinder" ... but 50% of HOW MANY points. I know they must all add up to 4500, but how can I determine how many of the 4500 go for the master cylinder ???

Have I missed something, or is this some kind of "big secret"???

Sounds like you need the judging sheets for your particular model/year. Roy Sinor can hook you up. That should provide the missing link. -k

The technical information manual and judging guide lists point assesments for both originality and condition on specific parts.

Point assignment is changed from time to time within a section. Since the Judging Guide is used for several years between revisions, current points are listed on the judging sheets, which are updated very often. As Karl has suggested, contact Roy Sinor for a free set for your model.
