What year was a horn with P/n 9000041 used? Was it used on Corvettes or other GM products?

I can't find any record of this part number used in either PRODUCTION or available in SERVICE for Corvettes. In fact, I can't find any record of its use in any Chevrolet model, but that doesn't mean that it wasn't used in a Chevrolet. It could have been used in other GM vehicles, though. I can't even find that usage, but my resources are more limited for non-Chevrolet.

As far as when it was used, I would say that it was likely a PRODUCTION-only part used sometime during the 1973-74 period.
