OK, I hope I don't offend anyone with the elementary nature of this question. What was the purpose of the trim tag? I figure that it couldn't be to let the painters know what color to apply, since the tag was attached after paint. I also don't think it would be to identify which interior package to install, since the tag is difficult to read at a glance. Could GM have had so much foresight, that they put it their for NCRS?
