    '57 fiberglass pieces

I'm looking for a source or some place I can get an inside front fender for the right side and an upper firewall fiberglass piece. Firewall piece can be center to right side (heater area). So far all I can find are hand laid pieces. I would prefer press molded or original. Any suggestions? Thanks

Corvette Image has press molded 57 fiberglass. I just purchased $7500 worth in the last three months.
I suggest you do NOT purchase it through Corvette Central however, it will take forever, will not arrive in one shipment, in fact I think they cut the stuff into pieces so they can add S&H as many times as possible. Bonding strips arrived one at a time, in seperate boxes over a three month period.

      Brian,
I second what Jerry said about CC. They ship from their supplier in Washington state. It took about 8 weeks to finally get it all to replace the front clip on my 57. Not sure what you need regarding the fender but I still have my old front end behind the house if you are interested. might be able to salvage a piece you need.

        Larry & Brian:
Toward the end of my CC experience I became so dissatisfied that I contacted Corvette Image directly, (having no success whatever with CC), they supplied the remainder of what was necessary with no CC involvement.
CC has a long standing reputation for this type of behavior yet they are unwilling to direct any attention to this issue. Apparently they feel they do not make enough profit honestly and enrich themselves via S&H, they do a very good job.
For a company whose catalog is one of the hobbies finest, (next to Dr. Rebuild), their business ethic leaves a lot to be desired IMO

I was just thinking about buying some fiberglass parts for my 65. Does corvette image sell to anybody directly? If not, who should I go through?

          Thanks!

You also have the option of using Jim Shermershiem, (sp?) in Indiana. They do a great job and may well be able to provide your mid year glass fron stock
