These will be a little tough to come by. As far as I know they are not reproduced. There are any number of vendors who will likely have a complete restored assy in stock, but I suspect it will be pricey. Check with Mary Jo Rohner and Chicago Corvette. They are both pretty apt to have pieces like this, but hang on to your wallet if they do. Might also check with Cranes.
Richard,
Ed gives good advice, shenever I exhausted my normal sources, ebay,CC, and Zip Products. I went to mary jo and she always had what I needed. But due to her prices it was usuall the last place I went. I completed my 57 two years ago so I haven't done business since then. Ph 858-451-1933 or her website is "vettegal.com" Tell her Larry from Tennessee sent you!
BTW, you asked about dimensions to make some parts. If you get to that point, I'll be glad to get you some measurements, but IMHO, unless you have some very fancy metal forming equipment these parts would be very, very tough to make.
If all else fails, try calling "Patty" at Corvette Central (800.345.4122). For $154.00 + s/h they will send you a completely refurbished dash insert assembly, including the upper and lower stainless steel trim. I'm about to do the same on my '59. Good luck.
