Greetings to all who have posted the messages to Dale.
Dale Pearman was my Mother's half-brother. I know how much he appreciate the stimulating Corvette discussions here on this and other boards. Your best wishes to him posted here would certainly warm his heart and rev his motor.
Dale's wish was to be cremated and have half of his ashes spread over his mother's grave, and the other half sent to the Corvette Museum in Kentucky.
There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, August 6, 2003, at 2 PM in Milan, Tennessee, at Bodkin Funeral Home.
Dale was engrossed in life. There was not a topic you could not have an intelligent, though sometimes irreverant, conversation about with him. But conversation with Dale would almost always lead to the cars, and his love and appreciation for them was apparent to all who had the opportunity to speak with him.
Dale's keen insight, his sometimes warped sense of humor, and his enthusiasm will be missed.
Thank you to all of you for being a part of his life.
