What is a reasonable price for a valve job on an LS-5 with hardened exhaust valve seats installed?

Tony, that's hard to estimate, because there are so many factors in a "valve job" depending the extent of use you're engine has seen. Questons like are the valves reusable, springs, etc all enter in. I checked the last engine I had done, and the material for exhaust valve seats was $50.00 and the labor was $175 so you can use that as an add to a normal valve job. As we reviewed before, I probably wouldn't do it unless the engine had to come apart for some other reason. -
