C2 65 fuse panel

In the 65 AIM the screw for attaching the fuse panel to the firewall is part number 3776399 it also says screw-special. Can someone tell me the size,length,if it has a captured washer ect. and if there is anything special about it. Thanks Mike

Don't know the length offhand, but it's a one-piece hex washer head self-tapping screw; the only thing that makes it "special" is a glob of beeswax-type sealer on the threads so water won't leak through the threads into the inside of the junction block.
