I have a new DeWitt radiator date coded in my 64, and when the radiator came it had the Harrison foil decal on the right side and the part number and date code on the left side, it also had a white ink inspection stamp 16 CWT in a square on the left side. The Judging guide makes no mention of that white 16 CWT ink stamp, it also states that the white with green lettering decal gets placed on the left side top of radiator...so is it correct to:
1. Remove the white square ink stamp frome the radiator
2. PLace the white green letter decal right on top of the dated radiator and part number markings! There is no way to place it without covering it up?
