1961 Magneto to Coil conversion

I have a 15 year old Judson Magneto that has gone south. I have a coil for the car and here is my problem. The magneto has 4 wires attached one marked battery, one marked distributor (which leads to the underside of the distributor and the one I don't know what do with ), one that goes to the resister, and the normal coil wire from the magneto to the top of the distributor.
Any, and all help would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS JOHN!!!!
This site has installation instruction and the extra wire runs to the points. I assume if I disconnect this wire from the points I should be able to proceed with the normal coil installation, Any thoughts?

I don't know anything about the Judson Magneto - just did a Google search, and there it was; that whole site is about the Judson and should have the info you're looking for. Never heard of it until I read your post.
