    Fan Clutch

    I need a five blade fan and clutch for my 62. Does anyone make an aceptable atermarket one? If not, how do I tell which clutch I need and how can I tell if it's good? If anyone has a line on one I would appreciate it.

      The fan clutch guru is Fred Oliva at foliva@gate.net located in Coral Springs FLA. He rebuilt mine and it works great, looks brand new and he is fair with pricing. You get what you pay for. My 61 -270hp has 5 blade fan & clutch assembly I got thru NCRS member Fred Kosemple at JKosemple@aol.com he is retired teacher who dapples in Vette parts. Don't we all!? Judging manual page 76-77 have descriptions you need.Good luck

          Fred Oliva probably has the fan clutch you need. He had the correct one for my 63. I e-mailed him and he got back quickly. foliva@gate.net

              GM part number #03916141 is a service replacement fan clutch thats similar but not exact in appearance. Also check the archives for more info on this subject
