I have a 1957 corvette, serial# E57S103686-
My car does NOT have a heater nor radio! ¿How many were made with these options?

According to Adams' book 6,339 1957 Corvette's were made, of which 5375 had heaters and around 3613 had radios.

My '57 is 4922. It has a radio but no heater. The radio may have been put in by a previous owner.

Factory records....

typically reflect individual option production. Sometimes, when a given option affects other aspects of the car, there IS a unique broadcast code that was tracked which can give visibility. But, in general, when you get into the world of compound probability (this + this + without that), there are no supporting records to give an answer.

Heater delete was reasonably common on cars built for 'desert' customers (e.g. Palm Desert, CA or Phoeniz, AZ) or 'export' cars (destination = Hawaii). But, when I see both a heater delete + radio delete car, I'd consider the painful process of documenting the car's prior ownership history. This was a 'reasonably' common factory configuration for buyers wanting to build race cars (get rid of the extra 'useless' weight and save $$$ to boot). Who knows, you just might discover your car is MORE valuable than you think if you can document/prove it had a bona fide competition/track history!

A person I've known for 35 years has a 57 fuelie, automatic, radio delete, heater delete, by the way he purchased it from Chevy,it was a district managers demo car, I wonder how many of these are around?

Lots of the '57 cars built between 1990

and 2003 are without heater and radio - going to the auction block, you save on heater core repair, antenna, radio, heater cables, shielding, hoses...........Of the 3,000 57 FI cars out there today, most are without heater and radio.....but only a 100 or so have the air box...
