re wtb heater box dick grattan please excuse me for butting in but i was browsing and came across you messge i have a air car with a none air box my first question is what years did or would the general have made the same box inner outer once i get one then my non air obx comes out

re wtb heater box pete lindahl dick somehow i missed reading your response until now sorry to the best of my knowledge all the mid year non ac corvettes had the one heater box assembly inner and outer and the ac corvettes had the one heater ac box assembly and of course the non ac and ac box assemblies are different that's not to say that some of the inner components like the flaps possibly some of the cables and other odds and ends aren't identical but in addition to the inner and outer cover assemblies being different the heater cores and blower motors are also different so as far as i know the fix is as you suggest find an inner and outer ac box assembly pete
