Well, it looks like all the parts are there. It isn't going to double the value of your 61, unless it is an original fuel car. Even then, it isn't going to double it, and folks who know will be able to tell the car is a "made up" fuelie. $150 shipping is probably excessive, too. The unit will need to be rebuilt, and the distributer probably as well. That will cost some $$$. If you have a 61 that is origianlly a fuel car and the unit is missing, it would definately be of interest.

I'm suspicious of the story...that all this was removed from a 61 Corvette in 1962.

Is someone missing a 61 FI Corvette that may want to check out the source of these parts?

The appearance of the parts is not consistant with components removed from a 1 year old car. Also, why remove the motor mount to convert to a carb? Was all this perhaps salvaged from a totaled car? Doesn't make real good sense as you point out.
