    SHOCK ABSORBER PAINTING

As I am preparing to paint my rear shocks, it appears that the entire lower area cannot be covered, since a portion of it shows only when extended. Any thoughts....or is that satisfactory for judging, since they will be compressed anyway with the weight of the car.

Why not remove them so you can do a nice job overall? It's only a few minute job.

My mistake......they don't extend any further when installed, so I was able to fully paint them prior to installation.
