Mornin' all, A few weeks ago I asked for advice with my '66-350hp Holly list 3367. The problem was rich idle, no effect on engine when adjusting idle air screws and idle speed could not be set properly, either to high or to low. It was suggested that I change the power valve. I did, but it had no effect. The answer turns out to be warpage of the bowl, metering block and body. The tempoary fix is double gasketing metering block and very carefully tightening bowl screws. Engine runs perfect now. Permanent solution is a visit to Mr. Braswell or Mr. Luck for machining of surfaces.
