In this kit from Mary Jo, there are two types of shims supplied: metal ones and composite cardboardish ones. When do I use metal and when do I use the composite ones? Thanks!

Re: Which C1 shims get used where?
I think when Mike says the cardboard ones, aren't those the flat square ones with the holes in them? Those would go one at each body bolt point. Then the metal shims are used as needed to take up tolerances at each bolt. The ribbed extruded rubber ones are the ones that get glued on the X. ...or at least that's how I understood Mike's question. -k- Top
