Erick----
The original a/c element for your application was GM #5646306. I don't have the Delco number for it, at the moment. A later SERVICE replacement element was GM #6484295 also known as Delco A98C.
Spark plugs were AC 44S also known as GM #5612386.
Fan belt was GM #3759221. This is a 3/8" wide belt of 55-1/2" length. It was of "wrapped" construction. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: 1960 C1 spark plug, belt and air filter
Unless this is a show car only, you don't want a 45 year old belt. The air cleaner will be very hard to find(read expensive). Plugs should be easy as they fit millions of old Chevys.- Top

Erick,
For fan belt, you may want to check Quanta. Their ad states: Quanta belts are licensed GM Restoration Parts and are made to exact bluepring specifications assuring you authenticity and high quality.
I am happy with the set that I ordered for my '65.
They list the 1960 generator belt as B-009 and sells for $29.00. Their web address is www.quantaproducts.com
Hope this helps,
