C2 1963 seat belts

Were seatbelts an option in 1963. We have been looking at cars to buy and none have seatbelts.

Seatbelts were standard in all '63 Corvettes.

Someone probably replaced the carpets and didn't bother to slit them and put the belts back in; the belts and anchors were in all 63's.

We have looked at 10 cars from California to Ohio and found none with the correct belts. I will not buy another Corvette until one is found with all the correct parts including seatbelts. Replacement belts cost to much. I am partial to 63 fuelies.
