1960 soft top rear latch on deck screws

My 4 latch screws are held in place with a nut and captured washer. The washer is approximately 3/4" diameter and slightly cupped at the edges, away from the nut. I don't have the AIM at the office so can't look it up, but the parts catalogs show a split washer, star washer, then nut, all separate. Which is correct?

      It's not a split washer - it's a flat washer (nut-star washer-flat washer).

The 1960 AIM shows 2 washers in addition to a nut and screw.

Part # 120392 is still a good GM number for a flat washer 9/32” ID x 5/8” OD by 1/16” thick. (This is sometimes referred to as a P Washer.)

Part # 125751 is discontinued by GM, however the Standard Parts book lists this as an external tooth lock washer (i.e. slang is a star washer) with 1 /4” ID and 1/ 2” OD.

Part # 121743 is discontinued by GM, however the Standard Parts book lists this as a hexagon (standard) nut with size 12-24 by 5/32” thickness. (No captive washer noted.)
