What tool for C1 wiper switch dimed nuts?

The dimed nuts are those nuts that hold the wiper switch into the guage cluster (as well as wiper transmissions and headlight switch). They're round, rather than hex head, and have notches that "something" goes in to tighten them.

For the ones that secure the wiper transmissions to the cowl, I made a tool by grinding some electrical conduit so that it would have two little nubs to go into the slots on the dimed nut.

I can't use that one for the wiper switch because it is too big. Before I make a new smaller one, is there some easier way to do this?

        Sorry about the delay

I was looking for the cataloq and couldn't find it.
(I don't have very many answers, so I had to jump on this one!)
