    need ring gap on 327 4.001 b, an a 3.25 s, the book say .010-.020 with .038
    being the max..... i got .045... wrong rings i think russ

    Generally, .004" per inch of bore diameter; 4.001" bore = .016" ring end gap. Check piston manufacturer's specs - most hypereutectics require more than "standard" gap for the top ring.
