Details details....Is there supposed to be a small overhanging lip just above the deck lid lock escutcheon on the '57? It is difficult to see this detail in the book and restored examples seem to have been sanded off (if they ever existed). Does anyone have a nice original that can confirm the existance of the lip? Thanx...Terry
Verle and John, Thanx for the info on the eyebrow. Mine is gone, but wait.... a new one is growing and appears to be made of marine tex! Yes, there it is, oh happy day!....Terry
