76 stringRay Direction signal light replacement

Is there a simple method of getting to the indash behind the Tach on a 76 to replace a burned out bulb so that the system will work. (I believe that If any bulb is out the system will remain solid and not flash). This is without pulling the front of the dash apart top and bottom.

If you're dexterous, and your hands aren't too big, it is possible to get to the bulb by going up from beneath the dash without having to do serious disassembly. The only piece that will need to be removed is the airduct that goes from the center console to left air outlet ball.
